Anyone do there own pork roll

I know many processors make it.  I’ve eaten it and enjoyed it wanna do my own can’t find nothing on lems  site. Thinking maybe someone on here could point me in the right direction

I use curleys sausage venison bacon mix  with 50/50 venison pork. I throw in a little ground up double smoked bacon too. Then on to the smoker in casings. slice up when done.
