I started taking it about 3 years ago, mainly as an anti-inflammatory to help a bad shoulder.  It has worked wonders for me.

Not only is it good for people we also give it to out 2 oldest dogs i really helps with the inflammation with the hips we mix a tea spoon in with there wet food.
