Haven’t seen him

since October. Showed up right at last light at legal shooting time the day before I was in my blind at 4:45! Hunted the night after and he didn’t show up. Didn’t even know he was there until today .  Finally watched my card and there he was. He’s been gone for a while. Thought maybe he got shot. I’m gonna try the next 2 days before muzzleloader. Can’t hunt with a gun back there so I’m praying I get a chance at him with my recurve bow.

Sometimes bucks relocate for the rut then return after.  Best of luck with him, he's a nice one!

Thanks. I’m going in now . I don’t have any pics of him early but I’m going to sit all day hoping to get a shot at him. He’s a beast. I’m praying he slips up!

I’m pretty sure he’s still an 8 pointer! Hunted tonight. Only had a spike buck come in. Had a lady walking two dogs down the dirt road right out in front of me. She’s trespassing on private property. I didn’t say anything because I just didn’t want her to see my blind. I checked my cam card when I got home. Had crab claw and another nice buck on cam after dark . I’m hunting muzzleloader atsion Wharton state forest on Monday and Tuesday. Just looking to get some more meat for the freezer.
