Got in some fishing

Decided to hit the reef to have some fun.  Ended up with my limit Of Yellowtail Snapper (threw god knows how many back) 2 red grouper, remora, jacks, bonito & a 200 lb nurse shark. Also had a nice bull shark show up. Ended the day catching a great Hockey game.  Fried grouper sandwich was awesome.

Oh man, yellowtail snapper. You take me back to Brazil. I'd cook 'em in coconut milk, palm oil, tomatoes, cilantro, onions (moqueca).  Yours are the perfect size.
