Venison Chili

Mixed 2 lbs of venison with 2 lbs of hot Italian sausage, and your typical added ingredients....came out great....almost ready!!!

Been making it fairly regularly and I think I may have been able to eat a small bowl.  My son in college comes home on weekend and usually grabs it to take it back with him. Said there is one other kid he rooms with that eats it also. The other kids don’t try it. The one boy is from way up in NY and also hunts so he knows what it is and doesn’t pass it up. Lol.

I made some last week and it always goes fast. Never made it with sausage, will have to try next time

I add sausage as well. I’ll take it out of its casings and brown it together with the chop meat. Gives it great flavor.

Doesn't look to be a bean mess, chili should be meat, spice's and sauce only poor people put beans in their chili lol looks good
