All they got.

Just getting around to cutting doe from 2 weeks ago, after 2 days in crock pot this what's left of the saddle.

I use the scraps for dog food, however if you cool and remove the fat you can make some banging Sloppy Joe or pulled sandwiches.

Next batch in legs, pelvis and scraps. The pups are waiting.
