Smoked Pork Shoulder

Did my 2nd smoke on the pellet smoker I picked up from Tractor Supply today while cutting. 

Was going to make pulled pork but decided to leave it cut up for sandwiches. It went into fresh, seeded Arnold buns. 

My son's friends were over tonight and could not get enough of it. BBQ sauce was not even asked for. The pork was juicy, crispy, and on point. The Kansas City Rub is one of the best I have used for smoking.
