Popular Post Lphunsjr
Had a great trip to the DSR. One of the best days we ever had. Was nervous after hearing the water level but that made the Salmon move into the river and in big numbers. Such a beautiful fishery. I'll Pay the $ to fish the DSR every day of the week. Big Thanks to Mike (OMC) for always giving me tips and info on this fishery. tuny
I fished DSR years ago when you could keep fish and the cost was$15 per day. Now they've gone way to far in my opinion. I'd rather fish some of the smaller creeks where there is less pressure. Ravincrossbow

The The Douglaston Salmon Run, known as the old "DSR", is a private paid-access fishing area that covers approximately 2½ miles, or 25,000 feet of the river from the estuary to just west of Pulaski. The fee to fish in the DSR, from August through April, is $50 per person. “In a civilized and cultivated country, wild animals only continue to exist at all when preserved by sportsmen.” -Theodore Roosevelt
