I have had similarly grilled chicken hearts at a Brazilian restaurant. Excellent. Those Brazilians know how to cook meat.

When I was a kid, my buddy's father would make homemade chicken noodle soup and use chicken hearts. Fun to eat for kids.

Agreed, although I don't eat livers from older deer or ones that are down in the valley near the farmers' fields.

How about lungs? I think they're the best, and they're also the one part that cannot be legally purchased from any mammal slaughtered legally in the US. So they're a hot item for me when I open the chest cavity.

Never made cow's feet although that is another delicacy in asian cuisine.

I always wanted to try it but all my shots have been Heart shots with NAP SPITFIRE MAXX and they destroy the heart so I will have to take your word that it is good.

heart by itself tastes a bit like iron obviously but delicious anyhow.
