Depends what you want to spend.

Ridgetec I've had out for nearly 33 months without issues cost about $250

Tactacam in my opinion are fantastic for the money no matter which model

Spypoint they are hit and miss

Muddy/ Stealth are low end

Wise Eye is gaining good comments

Don't worry who you have for your cell phone, phone and camera are totally independent of each other

The location of the camera should dictate which cell service you should use.

Ridgetec and a few model tactacams come with Verizon and AT&T sim cards so you decide what to use, most but not all cameras come preloaded

The tactacams are sensitive to which SD CARD to use, use the correct one and it will work

Battery life in the Flex is horrible compared to their other cams .

reveal cams also eat batteries like crazy, especially if they are in a high traffic area .

only allowing 200 pics a day, unless your set on timely sucks as your burning the batteries to constantly connect .

also you need to have a paid service for the reveals even in a low picture areas .

‘if in a high traffic area they  should be used with their rechargeable battery packs and their solar charger .

‘but that makes them a 300 cam instead of a 120 dollar cam

for pinch  points etc getting less than a 100 pics a month the micro links only cost you the camera to run . .

can be bought for 79 bucks

Browning has a new cell cam that’s mid priced that is beating all the high end cams in reviews of the best cams .

and apparently have insane battery life

I haven’t tried their cell cams yet but had great results with their normal cams , they may be my next try.

.
