Do these snack stix have mold on em?

Recently got these snack stix (non venison) from a regular butcher and they been kept in fridge for about a week…

Sometimes the sodium will come out in a powdery form like that.

Looks to me like it could be a little white mold from the curing process.

I get it sometimes when I'm curing sausages and various other charcuterie meats. It's generally harmless as long as there isn't black mold and/or bad odor.
