Vito-I shot a doe with a G5 Montec a couple years ago. Shot placement was outstanding. Very little blood seen and she went almost 200 yards. Never again using them.

Sounds like a dull head.  Do those come pre-sharpened or do you have to sharpen them yourself?

Someone on here, that shall remain nameless, used a similar head without realizing that they did not come pre-sharpened.  They made a decent shot but the deer lived for several hours and created quite the memorable night as we tried to recover it!

The 'hit them anywhere' head

Missed the opposite side lung by the angle of the shot.  Good placement for 90* broadside or slightly quartering to.  Too far forward for Quartering away which put the arrow in front of the shoulder on opposite side.  Vision the path of the arrow through the deer and where the arrow will exit is as important as shot placement.  Would have been a good heart shot if lower.
