Tuna poke bowl recipe

Does anyone have a great tuna poke bowl recipe that they can share? Thanks

Nick has one I have used a few times its great. The hardest ingredient is the Mongolian Fire Oil but it is the key.

Not sure I use even more than they call for. 
I think it makes it completely different than the other recipes.

Hot (spicy)sesame oil in a pinch. Not exactly the same but close

If you can't find fire oil...simply add garlic, onion, and/or pepper flakes. If you are close to Sussex Cty I have a dozen bottles of Mongolian Fire oil. Also could add minced avocado and/or cucumber.

You can find it in many supermarkets, otherwise purchase on Amazon. Did you catch tuna??

Caught a couple of nice Bluefins on Sunday on peanut bunker and dropped two on the jig. Great day!

Also highly recommend these two seasonings:

1.) Chef Paul Prudhomme's seafood magic (less spicy)

2.) Chef Paul Prudhomme's blackened redfish magic

Both are available at most supermarkets.

Super easy.....coat tuna steak with olive oil then sprinkle liberal amounts of one of the above seasonings, then grill.
