My crew rocks !

Well today my crew presented me with a gift !  They say Im one of the best bosses or  guy to work for in the business.

It all comes down to the crew that has my back I tell them !  A personalized  oak barrel kit  to age my wiskey ! How cool ?

That’s awesome. Obviously you treat your employees they way they should. I worked 20 yrs for a tire company. Worked the warehouse and drove a box truck making deliveries. It was a union shop so the employees and the company never saw eye to eye. I always respected my main manager and he treated me well. I told him you better tell me your retirement date because when u walk out I’m walking out with u. He always called me crazy kid. That day he retired I said to him let’s take this walk. He looked at me and said your young and have a family. He called me crazy again.  He asked u sure? I said let’s walk. We did. He was an amazing man. Never looked back.
