Wild Turkey with smoked cherry sage butter

Having enough left over ingredients,Decided to make more Of the Smoked cherry sage butter .

wanted  extra to put away with a few venison meals 

 

smoked half a  wild Turkey breast at that same time , also using the smoked butter on it .

 

crazy how that little extra takes the food to another level .

good stuff .

Was approx 1 1/2 

smoked it to internal of 160 then reverse seared the outside
