I love GSP'S If I was 20 years younger I would still have one. They are the most energetic  hunting dogs I have ever seen.

I love gsp’s. I have 2. They definitely do need exercise everyday. Mine are three yrs old now and definitely calmed down a lot.  The female gets what we call zoomies every night after her last time outside for the night. She comes in and runs in circles with her back all hunched up for a few minutes. Then she lays down and goes to sleep. Funny to watch.

I’ve had 3 over the years still have 1. All 3 had different personalities but all hunt and hunted extremely well.

Buckmaster who is your dad,I have been involved with the breed for over 45 years.  Chances are I would know him or of him.  After some 30 of those years with American/NAVHDA pedigrees, 15 years or so ago I went entirely over to the Der Kurzhaar, which are all German pedigrees.
