Simms was just bought, according to reports. I guess we'll see if this the end of their quality product, a chance at watering down for profits in the service of a bigger conglomerate?

i saw that as well. i hope the quality of simms fishing products continues and doesnt go down the drain. they are the only wader ill buy. and ill never mind spending $500+ on waders as i spend 8 months a year fishing in waders.

It hasn’t seemed to be an issue for brands like Hardy or G Loomis, both of whom were purchased by much larger firms. Their quality has been maintained.
