Looks great. Don’t be afraid to add oranges which helps “cook” as well as adds a bit of sweetness. I love ceviche

Another great eating fish that you would be hesitant to try.  Never saw Triggers in my younger days. They now seem to be pretty plentiful here. I walked a secluded beach in Baja Mexico that was littered with dead Triggers about 10 years ago. That's the first place I saw them.
