Annual St. Lawrence(Thousand Islands)Fishing Trip

Just got back from the Thousand Islands, N.Y.. Our 16th consecutive year trip up there. This year it was the five of us and my soon to be son-in-law.

Pretty much typical fishing. A lot of small mouth bass, but we were also able to catch a bunch of small pike in the bays. Maybe a good sign that the numbers are increasing.

Bass Masters had a big tournament while we were up there and we watched the weigh ins one day.

Thinking about upgrading my boat now that the family is growing, with one son-in-law to be coming and the other son-in-law coming next year. Will be looking for an older wide/deep aluminum boat with a windshield, at least 20 feet long. I'd love to find an old Starcraft Mariner 21.
