IRS buying up Ammo

I mentioned this a while back when someone asked about ammo shortage and was laughed at . Maybe here is some proof .

I’m recalling this exact same story when Obama was President. If those federal agencies were buying up ammo like 6.5 Creedmore or 7mm Remington magnum, then we should all think conspiracy. But all those agencies have some levels of internal law enforcement or security that needs to practice and have that 9mm ammo for their service weapons. 
 

One would have to get way down in the weeds and research purchases like these over the last decade plus to see if there are issues or not here.

No, but they stopped making it so they could make 223 and 9mm for the IRS.
