This is my first Father’s Day. I’ve celebrated step Father’s Day before but didn’t have the same feel. Wife’s taking me for Colombian bbq for lunch then up to see my dad for dinner. Feeling pretty grateful this year

I agree.  I basically host every single event and holiday and plenty of BBQs and parties throughout the year.  Father's day is one of the rare days when I actually put my feet up and let a professional do the cooking for me.  I'm looking forward to both of those meals

Clams I feel confident with, crabs will be the wild card.

Not sure where you are located....but I have a few dozen cleaned crabs in my freezer from last season....Let me know if you need a couple of dozen to make the sea food boil !!   I am in Parsippany.

Going to my parents grave as usual.  I won't eat before I have to do any cooking.  My oldest son usually has us over for a BBQ, but I'll be happy just relaxing and having some time to myself.

thanks for all the congrats. kyle jr. comes home tomorrow. this is a pretty cool fathers day weekend present. and he has no idea how much fishing gear he already has lol
