Haven't had a pickled egg since my dad died 37 years ago. He used to make a big jar of them about once a month. I loved grabbing a couple and eating them watching a ball game. That pic brings back memories.

i always have a jar in the fridge, love them.

hammer, next time make an extra jar, use the extra jar and then make pickle egg salad sandwhiches. they are the best. celery, salt and pepper on a good roll.

Tried it this morning . 
Was good except for getting past the weird pink/lavender the mayo changes to lol

 

if you make regular egg salad with sucker punch BNB  pickles it has that same type flavor

ill have to try it out. i only mix in a little bit of mayo with egg salad
