Turkey Cordon Bleu

The wife and I tried a little something different this afternoon. It turned out very, very good so I thought I would share!

-Butterfly the breast thin enough to make a roll

-Season to your liking

-Add Swiss Cheese and Ham

-Roll it up and secure with toothpicks -Drizzle whisked egg over roll and coat with breadcrumbs 

Bake in the oven at 350 for 35 mins or so!
