Cousin Brown Posted February 4, 2013 Posted February 4, 2013 The dog is finally home from the vet. Had 3 X-Rays taken on his front left leg & shoulder. Glad to say nothing is broken or fractured. Although he does have a major sprained wrist. Still swollen & he's still limping but all he will need is time & lots of rest. Also they gave me a prescription for Tramadol for discomfort. Hate to say it (and Im sure he is truly devastated) but I have to retire him for the rest of the season. Thank god its not worse. Treestands don't demand, treestands don't complain, treestands simply ask me to sit down and listen.
Woodrufflou Posted February 4, 2013 Posted February 4, 2013 Hope he feels better ! "I am the MacGyver of cooking. If you bring me a piece of bread, cabbage, coconut, mustard greens, pigs feet, pine cones...and a woodpecker, I'll make you a good chicken pot pie." — Si Robertson

Nothing like a warm barrel. Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote.
