Looking for someone to fabricate some pool top caps, I need 22 of them made and have one to use as a prototype.

I can't find the make/model of the pool I have (came with house) and none of the local pool suppliers know what it is either.

Looked all over online and can't find parts, so figured I'd get some made.

If anyone knows a fabricator, please let me know!

Two pieces, I primarily need the front piece.

This sample actually isn't horrible. If they were all like this I would just sand them and repaint them with an enamel paint.

Unfortunately a bunch are rusted through and afraid they'll pose a danger/sharp factor for anyone that uses to pool and happens to grab the edge where one may be mounted...especially kids.

Depending on the metal and thickness, any local machine shop should be able to bang this out for you.  I think the opportunity you have is to replace the current metal with one that withstands the conditions longer than these did and one that prevents corrosion.

You could (nerd alert) get a 3D printer and fabricate these.  Then you could bang them out on-demand whenever you need a new one!

Sapere aude.

Audeamus.

When you cannot measure, your knowledge is meager and unsatisfactory.

Haha I did actually think about the 3D printer, but it's a bit overkill investment wise for this! :)

I found a local fabricator who is willing to take on the job, so I'll see how that shakes out!
