 Looks good . I have very little success with my one color mop fly's maybe I will try two colors . Where are you getting Daiichi hooks ? I have a few left but I think they are out of business for a while .

attractor fly. fishing those is more like getting a reaction stike from a trout,rather then matching the hatch to a specific bug thats currently in the stream. they work, i fish attractors all the time. im on the water to catch fish.

depending on the size of the hook, something like the mop fly could imitate a larvae of some sort. 

my caddis larvae typically  wont have a tail. 

however my caddis pupa will have a tail(very small tail) with an unhatched wingcase. or partially opened wing case. tied on scud hook to get the bend of the body.  caddis pupa is a great fly to fish. trout love them.
