I may be wiling to part with my 1999 Dodge Dakota.  It's pretty beaten up and needs work.  About 175K miles on it.

 

The good:  5.2L 318 V8, Class IV hitch, bed liner, 4x4, 3.92 axle ratio, extended cab (sorry, no back doors but the extra space is nice), new tires and just passed inspection (Dec '14), I'm the original owner and have about 90% of the paperwork for the truck including almost every service receipt.  I'm driving it to work daily (50 miles r/t).

 

The bad:  Big rust hole on the driver's side door, power steering needs work (it occasionally works), vibrates at 65+ MPH, overdrive is starting to get wonky at 70MPH, AC doesn't work (needs to be charged, but check for a leak before you do that), radio sucks (but works), and there are probably other things a mechanic could point out.

 

So this doesn't meet your "good shape and not really old" criteria, but it's what I got if you're interested.
