Smoked shotgun shells and back straps

Tracey made smoked shotgun shells tonight as an appetizer.

manicotti stuffed with sharp cheddar and sausage , wrapped in bacon , b sauce and dry seasoning , smoked on the pit boss.

 

followed up by  backstrap rouladen .

backstraps  roll cut , flattened then Dijon mustard , bacon , onion, dill pickle and mushrooms .

 

I can’t move now lol
