After meeting @AdultOnsetHunter around 5pm I jumped in my truck and ran to a spot I have a bunch of bucks showing up at. I basically went to bait as the bait ran out 2 days ago. Of course, I decided to hunt the last hr and a half too..
Had a 8pt come in and then head off into the field to eat clover. Shortly later he started staring behind me like he knew his buddy was coming. This buck came in at last light and I decided to take the shot right after he finished sparing with the 8pt. Watched him drop across a small field basically at my truck. Headed down to my club with addy and my recurve for a slumber party and a doe hunt!
I'll add to the contest tomorrow
