Shoot it!  Great first deer, but it will set the bar high for the next one.  However, you have to see him during legal hunting hours.  So even though he's on camera at night, it doesn't mean he'll be there during the day.  And deer have an uncanny ability to know when you are at work and when you are hunting.  It's annoying.

If he showed up and I was hunting, I'd take him.

New hunter....that is a for sure a shooter. That buck is at least 3.5 and is probably 4.5 years old. Most hunters in this state will never get a chance to take a buck 4.5.
