My Dad Passed on Friday Oct 1st, I need some advice

Very sorry for your loss. I lost my dad a 4 yrs ago. He taught me everything about hunting and the woods. I had a real hard time hunting the year he died. It took time to realize I felt closer to him when I was hunting. There isn’t a day goes by that he’s not on my mind.  I cant say the pain of losing him ever gets better but I learned how to live with it. God bless you and your family!

Ask your street department guy who makes their street signs.  My Dad had a road named after him at his gun club, they had a street sign made, Fitz's Freeway.  Another was "Jack's Stand"!

Sorry for your loss. You can try a monument company, like the ones that make grave markers. Something you might consider is to take that money and buy a shotgun or rifle and have it engraved to honor him. This way each time you hunt with it you will have him with you no matter where you go and the gun can be handed down to a child or other family member so the memory of your dad will live on long after you are gone. Just a thought. May he rest in peace.

Sorry for your loss.   Seen a thick metal cross on a tree in PA with initials welded in it.  Can't find the pic.  That will last longer than the tree stands. Maybe cut a bullet or arrowhead out of aluminum to have engraved
