Late season Fluke, new PB!

Headed out on my friends boatlast Tuesday for some late season ocean fluking.  Had an awesome day.  I caught my first limit of fluke in a long time, including my new PB at 23 inches.  My friend Erik added in a chunky 22 inch keeper.  Throw in a ton of 15-17 inch shorts and it made for an awesome day.  All fish were caught on 4 and 5 ounce S&S Bucktails Pink Shine Glow color with a teaser tipped with a 5 inch Gulp grub in pink shine and white glow.

Nice job.  I’ve been surf fishing them and hit about 20 of them last Saturday in LBI.  Nothing bigger than 16” but still a ton of fun.

thats a great day!  If I could ONLY have one gulp size and color would be 5" in pink shine.

Does size matter?

In most cases bigger is betterI have used both, you would be surprised what another inch will do also the diameter is larger. Plus the sea basstards tear the 5" up a lot quicker
