9/16 afternoon hunt = NOMAD 8PT BUCK DOWN!

It cooled off just enough to low 70’s and threat of rain not too bad so hear I am in the Z5 hardwoods. Blew a few does out walking in at 5pm which is never a good thing.

Natural funnel of red and white oaks as far as u can see with both types of hickory mixed in. Nuts  of all kinds on the ground. The rough winter with no nuts of any kind have wiped out what was a huge population of squirrels.

My first pm hunt of the season because of lower temps. Checking my spot in cream ridge to see if I have any deer left from ehd.
