New for 2015, most likely my next fixed hang-on stand.

I've been hunting out of the aluminum Gorilla's for years, but ready for an upgrade and more comfortable seat.

Heard nothing about great things about Millennium treestands, and this model is supposively cut down to 13.5lbs!

I like the weight but wouls like a larger strap around the tree. Wonder were it is made. I want my chop sticks made in china and my tree stands made in the US.

I spent most of my money on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.

Looks like you can get a receiver that has a chain. They do not mention were it is manufacture though.

Mat I bet you can go to the archery trade associations shows now that you own this website. Get a press pass. Maybe even the Shot show which would be neat to do once.

Hmmmmm interesting, never even thought about it! That would be pretty cool, I will definitely have to look into that. Would love to go around, take some pics/videos and throw up a blog here on the cool new products!

Matt they are awesome stands. I have the new aluminum M100. It is super light and comfortable to sit all day. If you buy the chain receivers, you hang hand a ton of sets and carry the stand in to hunt. It is so easy to hang it's stupid. I went to sky hook bolts and steps with the chain receiver. It's amazing how much better it is being mobile

I also use the M100 and the M100u. They are the most comfortable sit all day ( pre dawn to after sunset, including the early season  ) tree stands I've  ever owned. They set up quick and are super stable. No stress areas under your legs or back area... I set them up in the summer and they sit all season long in whatever weather and the material that makes up the seat and back shows no signs of stress what so ever.  My M100 rode out hurricane Sandy and I did not retrieve the stand till late Feb of that year.I think my M100 is probably over 10 years old and there is no sign of wear on the seat material...Great products.. The strap/buckle will fit large trees as well. If your Gorilla stands fit a particular tree the Millennium strap will fit.

A word of caution, these stands are so comfortable, you will find yourself relaxing in them and nodding off, so wear the body harness. Not trying to preach or be corny here, it's because they are that comfortable. I won't use any thing else...

For you guys wondering where they are made,  China... It is what it is.

That style of seat is without a doubt one of the most comfortable treestand seats available.

That being said, my friend was looking at the Millenium stands for that reason. He has broken some stuff in his back and can't sit long in most stands....Plus he wanted it to be lightweight for mobile hunting. Unfortunately the advertised weights were not accurate by a couple pounds, that's a lot! Hopefully this stand is the actual weight they advertise. If it is, they have a winner.

I take that life if I can, with regret as well as joy, and with the sure knowledge that nature’s way of fang and claw and starvation are a far crueler fate than I bestow.” – Fred Bear
