No worries.  Tim and I are just joking around with each other.  I just don't know what he is referring to.  I'm guessing he tried to reverse sear a steak for some of the guys on the site and since he's an incompetent, bubbling old man he probably messed it up and embarrassed himself, and now he wants to blame me.  Sound about right @Haskell_Hunter?
