NEW PENDING WORLD RECORD. This black fish or tog was caught today on the Fish Bound by Kenneth Westerfeld with Captain Kain Bounds and mate Kevin Twilly. Was just official weighed at Sunset Marina 28.8lbs. If confirmed it will be the new world record.
