This is a great money saving easy thing to do. It is  an oldie but a goodie I have been refilling them for years, one caution that he did not mention when refilling only fill to about 90% or they may rupture from to much pressure mark the canister with a red marker so you can see where you are easily and not overfill and when putting the valve back use super glue or cement glue or they will be prone to leak, you will get 8 - 10 refills before the valve goes bad.
