Went Hunting Again

This time a bunch of us got together today and did some drives.  Some private pieces and some public land.

 

 

This buck was driven out of standing corn (private land, we had permission) and I shot it.  Broke-off six point.  It had a broken leg, but I'd have shot it anyway. We got two other bucks - a six point and a spike.  Oh yea, we got two bears, as well.  What a great day. I'll prolly sit till 9 tomorrow morning for a bear, drive with the fellas till around noon, with or without a gun, again maybe for a bear if I even bring a gun, have a big lunch, maybe a beer and call it a season.  Go get a Christmas tree with my family.  HAPPY HUNTING!
