Best Burgers for the grill?

Lou I believe you used to goose hunt .

We used to make burgers grinding the geese , adding 20% beef suet and a vandalia onion to the grind .

then make just as a normal beef burger , was unreal how they tasted just like beef , yet a juicer burger and was a good way to use up all the geese .

chili made from it was also really good .

This thread completely screwed me up. I promised myself I'd stay away from this crap but late last night on the way home the old demon got me. 4 sliders, fries and of course a coke. Prue evil.

if they only looked that good when you got them lol. normally they look like a roadkill raccoon.
