Our turkeys completely disappear during 6 Day every single year without any sign nearby.  By January 1st, they'll come right back and take up their normal territories.  I often wonder where our go each year to escape the orange army.  We haven't really seen much hunter pressure this year in Sparta compared to most.

That is a real cool pic.  Is it a super-cropped image that gives it that effect?  Or did you edit it?  (Or is it my computer screen and you have no idea what I am talking about?).

I never did get the urge to turkey hunt, not even the littlest bit.  But good luck with them.  Up in Zone 5 there is no shortage of them.

Hope to get my first turkey this year with the help of my master hunting guide Bucksnbows

I can promise you a shot at a bird, but we need to work out a day off work for you so we can avoid the weekend warrior package which is the Saturdays package.  Last year I scored on the first day of A week and took a buddy for the second day of C week and he scored his first ever.

Don't you worry I will be taking the day off to turkey hunt. I have so many days to use!

About 59 days until we all get to hear GOBBLE GOBBLE BOOM (or THWAP)! (hopefully)

When I click on the thumbnails, the pics come up the same tiny size. But in any case, I'm pretty sure the calls look awesome and the box call looks great for sure. More importantly though, how do those suckers sound!? Bet you can't wait to rile up a big spurred long beard with them!
