I'm seeing babies all over the place, can't even begin to keep up with killing them

I was at my aunts yesterday for a bbq, she has a lot of trees in the back yard we couldn’t keep them off of us.

there were thousands of them. My uncle puts sticky traps by the doors and has to replace them almost everyday.

I was looking for them while restoring the Lopat, but didn’t see any and that area has lots of black walnut trees which they like unfortunately. Guess it’s just a week or two too early is all. If last year is any indicator, we will be overrun soon.

My grapevine (Branchburg) has been infested with babies. Been sorting them with recommended spray (I don’t eat the grapes) and have watched many of them simply Walk under a leaf to hide or hop off the vine. It’s supposed to be kill on contact spray, but doesn’t appear to have that effect.
