Lets think positive. Who are you using to cut your bear up? Jorge?

I spent most of my money on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.

If I get one and don't feel like doing the job myself as I did my last bear, I will use Jorge & Son.  He's a great guy and did a great job on the deer I brought him last season when I couldn't butcher because of my surgery.  I brought my buddy and his son there the other week to have the son's youth buck butchered and got a tour of the new shop and it is fantastic.  Plus he now has time to do more specialty meats now that he's retired from his regular butcher job and doing this full time during the season.
