Barnegat Bay "Research Buoy & Waretown Flats.

New to the area and was wondering if anyone knows the location of the Barnegat Bay "Research Buoy" and general area of the Waretown flats.  I was told the Research Buoy was removed last year and I couldn't find the GPS #s online. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

if you're talking about inside the bay then disregard,,

but outside the research buoy is not to far off from the inlet buoy, roughly 15 miles due east'ish, or at least it was the last time i saw it 2 years ago i think
