Looking at Raptor Gutter

Went with Hover Dam gutter guard from Home Depot.  they actually had a decent selection. I went with this one because it’s rigid, wide with good portion sliding under the shingles and ease of installation, only 2 screws on the outside per 3’ panel. Just under $2/lf.

Thanks for posting this. I’m going to pick some up and do the same. Tired of dealing with mine as well.

Those gutter guards have to be removed to clean periodically. Leaves that don't blow off, maple seeds Etc break down and get into the tiny holes and still create a mess inside your gutters.

The key is to have the downspout wide open so the small pieces wash out. The biggest mistake is the downspout guard

I have used many gutter guards and if I have to remove them to clean the gutters I may as well not even bother. The only ones I have not used are the leaf filter but they are extremely expensive

I am sure I will not be cleaning it often if at all. The gutter in the attached picture is at least 31 years old. It’s on the old part of my house. The addition of 1995 had nothing so I am installing new and replacing old. I have 4 sections with this old guard  and I never even took off the guard in 31 years on 3 of the 4 sections I have. If you have to clean constantly with guard in place then your gutters are level or have reverse pitch. When the water flows small particles flow with it.
