Southern NJ Hunters ....Bear Hunting

So a few weeks ago I was contacted by a southern NJ hunter asking if I can give him and his friend advice where to hunt bears in NJ, they got their permits. I went one step further and showed them a spot, that is very secluded, a long walk that I know very few if any will goto. So this past Sunday I met up with them, they never knew how gorgeous northwestern NJ is, and how hilly it is as well. I took them to the spot, and once they found the area they both liked they cleared out some shooting lanes, and they are excited. I told them, as many bears as we have and been seeing the hunt itself isn't as easy as it may seem. The timing of the hunt is way off, good % of bears will be sleeping, or they will be holding up during the day and move at night, so I'm routing for them to get bears or at least see bears !!.
