Grilled Backstrap Ka-Bobs

..and shrimp, and mushrooms, and veggies. Such a good way to do the backstraps. I cut them in chunks, and marinade in teriyaki, honey (real honey, not store bought crap), black pepper, onion & garlic powder, and some cajon seasoning. Did mine rare, the wife likes hers closer to well.

Looks great. That's the way I do them. Meat and veggies seperate so you can cook each to perfection.

Exactly. So much easier doing the meat, shrimp, veggies separate.
