It is especially good for Hunting Fitness . 61 here and 40 years involvement in Boxing,Karate, + Standing Jujitsu. Note- start easy on any serious Training such as in this video below. Keeps me in shape for Turkey Hunting and probably the 5 miles, I walk tomorrow. And maybe out with a Big Ol Bird. Lunatic and hemlock 2 Take The Multiple Use Area Challenge. The 4 Breakfalls that,I used to Teach my Students comes in handy also if you take a bad Fall our in the Steep + uneven Hardwoods. I took a bad Fall while Turkey Scouting a few Springs back and made a perfect Breakfall and keeping my Head " up"- as in off the ground . Try to find a Good School that Teaches Breakfalls. My knees are so bad I just barely make it to the hunting stand. SURGERY SCHEDULED for 26 May if I can get all the clearances on time.
