Easter Menu.....

What's on your Easter Sunday dinner menu:

We always do leg of lamb (I'll get this weekend from shop rite of costco), broccoli rabe, roasted potatoes, pasta, and of course traditional italian  pasties

Palm Sunday : macaroni, meatballs and gravy. NASCAR on dirt track in Bristol

Easter Sunday: lasagna and filet mignon. No effin race

Easter :  Lamb chops  ( Costco)  , Spiral Ham ,  Brussel sprouts and bacon ,  Potatoes, and  shit ton of desserts...

I usually do a lamb dish but haven’t made my mind up yet

Good Friday we usually do a seafood feast.  This year we're doing sushi actually.  

For Sunday, I think I'm going to smoke a Turkey and a Ham.  Sweet potato Au Gratin with Goat cheese (stole this one from Oak Steakhouse in Easton), mashed potatoes with pancetta and smoked gouda cheese, asparagus with hollandaise and lots of desserts.

Went to Costco, they only had small leg of lamb...guess I will buy from shop rite

Prob some seafood and filet on the grill. See a lot of people are doing lamb. I just don’t like it at all.

Homemade cheese ravioli.  Sauce with all the fixins.  Fresh loaf of parentis bread lots of booze and good deserts.  Will be with family this year which is most important

I can never make those because when I harvest a Canada goose, I can never tell if its male or female.
