It's a labor of love lol "F" that stupidity.

I make enough for gifts and to keep my family in sugar that I can truly say where it came from.

Would love to make so much I didn't know what to do with it.

Sadly I have 11 more years before I get to that point

Sapp can be anywhere from 1 to 4% sugar.

General rule is anywhere from 50 to 100 of sapp to make 1 gallon of finished syrup boiled to 219°
