PSA to boaters < 26' - must have cut off switch

Congress passed this law, Coast Guard to enforce.    Need a lanyard to cutoff switch.  Should not be an issue for most boats / motors, even outboard/tillers.

Most tiller outboards have them but very few use them although you should. Very easy to fall out of a tiller in rough seas.
